Monday, September 26, 2016 ~ Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Cotillion will commence with the instruction of dance, manners, and dining skills .A complete dinner will be served to the Cotillion student, correct Cotillion attire is required.

Monday, October 24, 2016 ~ Necktie Night ~ The Cotillion students will learn how to tie a necktie along with Cotillion dances. diNNER will be served to the Cotillion students with appropriate dining skills, Correct Cotillion attire is required. (The Gollatz Cotillion will supply the instructional neckties).

Monday, November 14, 2016 ~ Social Skills and Let's Set the Table ~ The Cotillion will be instruct correct cutting using a fork and knife, the fun "let's set the table" game and dancing. The evening will also focus on dining skills and where items are located at the table. DInner will be served to the Cotillion students, correct Cotillion attire is required.

Monday, January 9, 2017 ~ Social Skills / Review of Dining Skills ~ The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with the instruction in dance, dining and etiquette. Dinner will be served to the Cotillion students, correct Cotillion attire is required.

Monday, February 6, 2017 ~ Social Skills / Review of Dining Skills ~ The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with the instruction in dance, dining and etiquette. Refreshments will be served to the Cotillion students. Correct Cotillion attire is required.

Parents and guests are always welcome to reamin and observe the Cotillion class if appropriately dressed in business casual attire.

Dancing is fun and will be a portion of the Cotillion however, the Gollatz Cotillion does not consider itself to be a "dance class". We personally feel learning social skills and manners are more important and beneficial to a child lasting a lifetime.
