The Gollatz Cotillion is an updated Cotillion program for today's youth. We recognize times have changed however; the principles of dining skills, good manners and etiquette are never outdated. We Welcome Your Family!

Tuesday, September 13, 2016 ~ Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Cotillion commences with the instruction of dance, manners, and dining skills. Refreshments will be served to the Cotillion student. Correct Cotillion attire is required. |

Wednesday November 16, 2016 ~ Social Skills and Let's Set the Table ~ The Cotillion will instruct correct cutting using a fork and knife which will include the fun "let's set the table" game and dancing. Refreshments will be served, correct Cotillion attire is required. |

Wednesday, November 30, 2016 ~ Family and Guest Night ~ Intended for the enjoyment and participation of the family along with invited guests of the Cotillion member. Correct Cotillion attire is required. ALL GRADES COMBINED FROM 5:30pm to 6:45pm. |

Tuesday, January 31, 2017 ~ Thank You Notes ~ The Cotillion will instruct how to write a thank you note complete with social skills (dancing will be a portion of this evening). Refreshments will be served to the Cotillion students. Correct Cotillion attire is required. |

Tuesday, February 21, 2017 ~ The Gala ~ Dinner & Dance ~ A plated dinner will be served to all grade level Cotillion students with dining instruction and fun dances to complete the evening. The dinner will include salad, main dish, dinner rolls and a dessert. Correct Cotillion attire is required. * Dinner is only offered to the Cotillion students. ALL GRADES COMBINED FROM 5:30PM TO 7:00PM. The Cotillion students will be separated by tables and grades. Due to space restrictions we request that parents "drop-off" or remain in the foyer. |

Parents and guests are always welcome to stay and observe the Cotillion class if appropriately dressed in business casual attire. Cotillion is a fun event at any grade level. During the all grade dinner event each student is provided dinner along with important instruction.
Dancing is fun and will be a portion of the Cotillion. The Gollatz Cotillion does not consider itself to be a "dance class" as we feel the instruction in social skills and manners are more important and beneficial to a child lasting a lifetime. It is not a requirement that a family be a member of the Morgan Run club to attend the Cotillion.
