Thursday, April 20, 2017 ~ Which Fork First? dining class. Learning the Good Guest vs. the Bad Guest ~ An evening in dining instruction with a complete dinner served to all Cotillion students. This opportunity acquaints children with basic dining manners. Some of the many manners that will be instructed during the class will be the place setting, using your napkin, giving a toast, seating, holding a fork, chewing with one's mouth closed, and much more ( All Grades Levels Combined: 6:00pm to 7:30pm) . Students will be separated by grade levels and tables. Correct Cotillion attire is required .

* DInner is served to the Cotillion students only.

Parents and guests are always welcome to stay and observe the Cotillion class if appropriately dressed in business casual attire. During the all grade combination dinner event, each student is provided dinner along with important instruction. Dancing is fun and will be a portion of the Cotillion however, the Gollatz Cotillion does not consider itself to be a "dance class". Personally, learning social skills and manners are more important and beneficial to a child lasting a lifetime. It is not a requirement that a family be a member of the country club to attend the Cotillion.
