Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grades:
Third and Fourth Grade: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Fifth and Sixth Grade: 6:45pm to 7:45pm
New *Seventh and Eighth Grade ~ The Supper & Social Club ~ 7:45pm to 8:45pm (3 meetings with a complete dinner service $189.00) September 28th, October 19th and, Novemner 2nd

Supper Club**In a fun party atmosphere the Supper & Social Club builds on skills learned in Cotillion to include a greater variety of topics reflecting a more mature, social environment. The Supper & Social Club is ideal to learn and practice how to navigate a buffet table, stand with an appetizer plate, Continental style dining versus European style, eating difficult foods, the place setting and much more. Each evening a variety of foods will be served. Cotillion dancing is very limited at the Supper & Social Club as this is not the focus.

The Gollatz Cotillion is an updated Cotillion program for today's youth. We recognize times have changed however; the principles of dining skills, good manners and etiquette are never outdated. We Welcome Your Family!

The Gollatz Cotillion is honored to have personally instructed two United States Presidential Candidates families.

Dates and Season Events -The Cotillion Includings Two Evenings of Dining:

Wednesday, September 28, 2016~ Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with the instruction in dance, dining and etiquette. Refreshments will be served. Correct Cotillion attire is required.

Wednesday, October 19, 2016 ~ Necktie Night & Dinner~ The Cotillion students will learn how to tie a necktie along with Cotillion dances. Dinner will be served to the Cotillion students with appropriate dining skills. Correct Cotillion attire is required. (The Gollatz Cotillion will supply the instructional neckties).

Wednesday, November 2, 2016 ~ Social Skills and Let's Set the Table ~ The Cotillion will be instruct correct cutting using a fork and knife, the fun "let's set the table" game and dancing. The evening will also focus on dining skills and where items are located at the table. Light refreshments will be served. Correct Cotillion attire is required.

Wednesday, January 4, 2017 ~ Dinner & Dance ~ A plated dinner will be served to all grade levels with dining instruction along with fun dances to complete the evening. The dinner will include salad, main dish, dinner rolls and a dessert. Correct Cotillion attire is required. * Dinner is only offered to the Cotillion students

Wednesday, February 1, 2017 ~ Family and Guest Night ~ Intended for the enjoyment and participation of the family along with invited guests of the Cotillion member. Correct Cotillion attire is required. ALL GRADES COMBINED FROM 6:00pm to 7:15pm

Parents and guests are always welcome to stay and observe the Cotillion class if appropriately dressed. During the "dinner events" each student is provided dinner with important instruction. Dancing is fun and will be a portion of the Cotillion however; the Gollatz Cotillion does not consider itself to be a "dance class". Personally, social skills and manners are more important and beneficial to a child lasting a lifetime.
