Friday, November 4, 2016 ~ Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Cotillion will commence with dining skills, manners and dance instruction. Refreshments will be served. Correct Cotillion attire is required. |

**Wednesday, December 7, 2016 ~ Family and Guest Night ~ ALL GRADES COMBINED FROM 6:00pm to 7:15pm. The Cotillion evening is intended for all family members and invited guests to enjoy. What a great way to enjoy the holiday season Refreshments will be served to everyone. Correct Cotillion attire is required. Do not forget your camera! |

Friday, January 27, 2017 ~ Dinner & How to Tie a Necktie ~ Having fun, the Cotillion students will learn how to tie a necktie along with Cotillion dancing. Dinner will be served to the Cotillion students with instruction in dining skills. Correct Cotillion attire is required. (The Gollatz Cotillion will supply the instructional neckties). |

Friday, February 24, 2017 ~ Social Skills and Let's Set the Table ~ The Cotillion students will be instructed in the correct form of cutting foods using a fork and knife with the addition of the fun “let’s set the table” game and dancing. Refreshments will be served. Correct Cotillion attire is required. . Refreshment will be served to the Cotillion students and a coffee bar is available for the parents. |

Friday, March 10, 2017 ~ The Gala ~ Dinner & Dance ~ ALL GRADES COMBINED FROM 6:00PM to 7:30PM Dinner will be served to all grade levels with dining instruction and fun dances to complete the evening. The dinner will include salad, main dish, dinner rolls and a dessert. Correct Cotillion attire is required. Children will be separated by tables and grades. * Dinner is only offered to the Cotillion students. |

It is not a requirement to be a member of the Paseo club to participate in the Gollatz Cotillion. Parents and guests are always welcome to observe the Cotillion class if appropriately dressed, no blue jeans. Dancing is fun and will be a portion of the Cotillion however; the Gollatz Cotillion does not consider itself to be a "dance class". We personally feel social skills are more important and beneficial to a child lasting a lifetime. |
